The annual Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Awards honor the companies that are most single-mindedly devoted to creating loyal customers. The surveys on which the awards are based, fielded annually in the spring and fall, probed customers' relationships with 147 brands in 26 categories.

With the data generated by these surveys, Brand Keys paints a detailed picture of the drivers that bond customers with the "ideal" brand in each category. The brand whose set of drivers comes closest to meeting (or exceeding) those of the category ideal is the one whose customers will demonstrate the greatest loyalty over the coming months.
