Our Insights, Custom-Tailored to Your Brand

The Brand Keys 2008 Customer Loyalty Insights Package is an annual subscription that provides your organization with a custom package of our 2008 assessments that affect your brand. These are metrics you can use. They predict future in-market consumer behavior and are highly correlated with consumer engagement, sales, and profitability. You'll learn what your customers really think, not just what they say they think, about your brand and two of its competitors. And you'll have easy access to data that will help you fine-tune your brand to make sure customers keep coming back.

Your subscription includes:

  • Your brand's custom report distilled from data generated by our comprehensive 2008 Customer Loyalty Engagement Index. The report will quantify the drivers of loyalty and engagement in your category and will tell you how, why, and the degree to which your brand is meeting or exceeding customer expectations. You'll know the level of purchase/loyalty your brand will see in the 12 to 18 months ahead - and you'll have help figuring out how to remedy any deficiencies. Specifically, your custom report will:
    • Determine the primary loyalty and brand-engagement drivers for your category. These three-dimensional behavioral metrics quantify your customer's perception of their "ideal" brand in the category. This sets the "expectations" bar and provides an understanding of how consumers view the category, compare offerings in category, and, ultimately, make their future purchase decisions in the category. These predictive metrics are generalizable at the 95% confidence level.
    • Determine the predictive brand-equity metrics for your brand and its competitors. We will quantify exactly how well positioned your brand is to meet or exceed consumer expectations. You will receive your brand's measures plus those of two competitors of your choice (from those included in our 2008 Customer Loyalty Engagement Index). You'll discover the true marketplace strengths as well as the challenges your brand faces; accurate competitive intelligence; and a clear guide to the ways in which consumers will behave toward each category brand in the future.
    • Identify unmet consumer needs and expectations in your category. A direct comparison of each brand's measures will provide a truly predictive and actionable category S.W.O.T. (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis. This will enable you to position and differentiate your brand using value propositions proven to drive consumer behavior.
  • Three quarterly follow-up loyalty-and-engagement tracking updates on your brand. These additional 2008 metrics will determine to what degree your brand advertising, media, and marketing efforts affect consumer behavior. Predictive metrics tracking will enable you to demonstrate and quantify the impact of your marketing efforts on future consumer behavior.
